Shipping & Returns Info
 Shipping Information:
Ladies Only Sports strives to be fair and honest in its shipping rates.
Our current rates take into consideration the ever increasing fuel surcharge, residential delivery surcharge, and delivery area surcharge assessed by UPS and FedEx, the January 2008 price increases at UPS and FedEx as well as the May 12, 2008 price increase at the post office.
TO US ADDRESSES AND APO's:
Shipping to US addresses will be by United States Postal Service or by UPS/FedEx Ground, depending on the items purchased. Delivery should be in 3 to 5 business days from the time your purchase is shipped.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $64 for delivery to US addresses or APO's. To get the free shipping offer, please select "Priority Mail" as the shipping method when you place your order.
For large shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-continental US addresses, additional shipping charges may be assessed. In such a case we will contact you with the actual charge for your approval before your purchase is shipped.
Orders of less than $64 to US addresses will be charged $6.35. Delivery should be expected within 3 to 7 working days.
UPS/Fedex is available for US orders, however, no free shipping offer is made for the use of UPS/Fedex. Three shipping options are available... UPS/Fedex 3rd Business Day, UPS/FedEx 2nd Business Day, and UPS/Fedex Next Business Day. Shipping costs will be assessed during the ordering process and are set to approximate the actual cost of the shipping option selected. Due to the excessive surcharges, we cannot ship UPS or FedEx for Saturday delivery
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipments to international addresses will be via the most cost effective method available. Generally, that will be through Priority Mail International service from the US Post Office. Cost will depend on where you live and the number of items you purchase. Pricing starts at $16.00 for Canada, $21.50 for other countries. Please email us if you would like a specific quote. RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be very satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 21 days. We will be glad to exchange it for another size, another item, or issue you a refund, based on the following guidelines.
1. All returns and exchanges must be made within 21 days. Returns made after 21 days will be subject to a 10% handling fee and will be issued a store credit.
2. All items must be returned unworn (except to check the fit) and in original packaging. Items are coded with special tags – please return items with tags still attached.
3. All Returns and Exchanges are inspected by our Customer Service Department. We recommend that you try on all apparel immediately upon receipt. Please use care when trying on garments for fit. Body lotions/oils, perfumes, deodorant, make up, and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and will be subject to a 35% cleaning fee, or may be refused if returned for a refund or exchanged.
4. We recommend using either Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx.
5. Refunds will be issued for the price of the garment excluding shipping charges.
6. We make every effort to process returns and exchanges promptly. Exchanges are usually shipped and return credits are usually issued within 1 to 4 days after your package is received.
7. In case of exchange, the exchange will be sent first class mail at our expense unless you request otherwise, in which case shipping charges may be assessed.
NO returns or exchanges on opened DVD’s. In the case of a defective product, we will exchange for the same product.
NO returns or exchanges on Smarty Pants underwear or Pizzazz briefs unless defective, in which case we will exchange for the same product
Pom poms are subject to a 15% "re-stocking" fee if returned. NO returns or refunds on custom made poms.
